High Point
Maintainer Heifer
OCA Best Program
2004

Paige and her family have
done a great job with this Strictly Business heifer. She has had
many championships and has done well with her in showmanship all
season. An extremely broody young female that should get really
competitive at the Jr. Nationals this summer. The Kieswetter
family have purchased their heifers from me the last two years on order,
and have been very successful with them. I truly appreciate their
trust and belief in my program and appreciate their hard work with the
cattle purchased from me. You can buy the best ones in the world,
but without the effort winning will never happen, and this family has definitely
earned what they have won. |

Another one of the good young
Maintainer females that should be really competitive at the Jr.
Nationals. Adair Unger, a repeat order buyer and one of the
hardest workers that I have as a customer, has done a great job with
this young females. Her objectives from day one have been to shoot
for the Maintainer division in Springfield Illinois this summer.
This heifer has only been shown a limited number of times, but has been
Grand Champion Commercial at the Hoosier Beef Congress along with
Champion Hy Wt Commercial at the Purdue AGR show. She is coming
into her own now and be sure to check her out at the Jr.
Nationals.
Thanks again

Here
is another heifer that was purchased on order from me and went to Conroe
Texas. She has been extremely competitive all year and was second
in Ft. Worth and Houston. An economically priced heifer that has
sure ran with and defeated many of the big boys in her area, she is
another success story in her own right. The Wellman family has
done a great job with her and I appreciate their purchase of her full
sister which they will be parading in the next year, also purchased on
order. |

This
heifer is what I try to make my program all about. I take great
pride in her and more importantly in the young lady that shows
her. Amanda and her family came to me last year and asked me to
find them a heifer for her last year of showing. When I finally
found this one, I knew I had a match. This heifer has consistently
been the top commercial heifer to be shown in the Mid-West. She is
undefeated in class and has already been named Supreme Champion female
at the Michigan Beef Expo, Wilmington Ohio, Hillsboro Ohio, Lancaster
Ohio, Bowling Green Ohio and Princeton Indiana. She is as smooth and
complete as you make one and impresses many everywhere she goes.
If I could find heifers like this one every day, and families to work
with like Amanda and her whole family, I would truly know what heaven is
like right now. They are the best and their heifer is certainly
one of the best. Thank
guys, for everything. |

For those of you who watch my
web site, you will remember this young lady and her heifer from this
winter on my cover page. At that time she was out practicing
showmanship in the back yard and "getting ready" for when they
needed to be able to get it done against the big boys. Well, it
paid off as she has had a more than successful show season that has been
envied by many. Simply the most consistent heifer and winingest
heifer in the state of Kentucky against some tough competition.
The competition at the Sweepstakes was from all over America with only
the best represented. Congratulations Taylor and Aunt Bea on an
outstanding season. |

The Unger family and myself
have been friends for quite some time. They always do a great job
and I have wanted to get them to show some cattle from me for quite a
while. I found this heifer this summer and was pretty confident
that she was the kind they would like. I made a call to them and
they trusted me enough to let me buy her for them. She is a full
sister to Survivor and she is doing very well for them. She has
been very competitive and more importantly, they feel comfortable that
they more than got their monies worth in their purchase. I am very
pleased that they trusted me with another on order purchase and I am
sure that we will be doing business in that fashion again. Again,
a big thank you to the entire Unger family. |

This
is one of the baldy heifers that I had pictured on my site earlier in
the year. John Hartmann and Ernie May came and bought this female
and have been happy about their investment ever since. Always
placing first or second in her class at all of the preview shows, she
has made a name for herself out on the circuit. She is really
attractive and very complete in her make up. Thanks go out to all
of this group on doing a really good job with this young heifer. |
